我国学校体育场馆对外开放的实施障碍及对策

摘　　要：随着我国全民健身运动的蓬勃开展,健身理念不断深入人心,体育锻炼也逐步形成一种习惯,同时也带动了民众对体育场馆的需求。国家宏观政策倡导学校体育场馆向社会开放,但在具体实施过程中遇到了各种问题,如校园安全问题、经费资助问题、组织管理问题等。虽然实施有困难,但学校体育场馆对外开放的趋势和方向不会变。文章通过研究我国学校体育场馆对外开放的实施障碍,有针对性地提出解决途径和办法,从而对我国体育场馆能更好地为民众所使用提供参考价值。As the national fimess campaign thrives, the concept of doing sports has won great support among the public and more and more people gradually form the habit of taking exercises, which drives the demand of stadiums. During the process of promoting stadiums opening to the public, national macro policies are faced with various problems, such as security issues on campus, funding issues, organization and management issues, etc. Despite all the hardship, the trend and direction of opening won＇t change. Solutions are put forward through the study on the barriers of opening to the public, which provide valuable reference to the stadiums＇ service towards public.
