摘　　要：篮球是在高速度和强对抗下完成的技战术运用,双方篮球比赛将地面、空间与时间有机结合,围绕空间瞬息万变展开不同技术方法与战术阵形的攻防,是单兵个体作战与集体配合协同相结合、地面与空间攻防相结合的对抗激烈、技术性强的集体性、非周期性的一项集体运动项目。它要求运动员身材高大、上下肢长、快速度、强爆发力,具有比较强的心血管系统工作能力,具有快速准确的反应速度和判断能力,具有保持反复进行短距离、高强度间歇运动的良好专项耐力能力,具备时空判断能力比较强,开朗活泼,心理健康稳定,比较均衡的抑制与兴奋过程,自己的情绪善于控制,技术合理,教练员评定卓越,文化教育优秀。因此,必须探索研究科学选材和科学训练手段方法,从而提高运动员的竞技水平,收到"事半功倍"的效果。Basketball is completed at high speed and strong against bodies with the techniques and tactics, the two sides in basketball game combine the ground, space and time to use their technique and tactics formation defense around the space vary from minute to minute expansion. Basketball game is a team and nonperiodic sport with the synergistic combination of individual and collective, the combination of ground and space attack and defense fiercely. It requires athletes having tall body, upper extremity length, fast speed, strong explosive force, with a strong ability to work with the cardiovascular system, quick and accurate reaction speed and ability to judge, having the capacity of keeping repeatedly short distance run, good endurance of high intensity intermittent exercise, with quite strong spatial and temporal judgment ability, cheerful and lively character, mental health, comparative balance of excitation and inhibition process, their moods are good at control, reasonable technology, excellent coaches evaluation and good education. Therefore, we must explore the study of scientific selection and scientific training means, so as to improve the competitive level of athletes, receive a ＂multipher＂ effect.
