摘 要:目的 观察4~6 Hz谐振对强迫体位下兔腰椎骨组织形态的影响。方法60只新西兰兔随机均分为正常对照组、造模对照组及4、5、6 Hz谐振造模组,于第2、4、6周末分批处死,取腰5椎体行组织形态学观察。结果第2周末时,各振动组腰5椎体的成骨细胞数较正常对照组、造模对照组明显减少(P〈0.05);同时,4 Hz振动组腰5椎体的破骨细胞数较对照组明显增加(P〈0.05)。结论 谐振早期即可损伤骨组织细胞,导致骨塑形、重建破坏引起腰椎损伤,且4 Hz振动损伤最大。Objective To observe the influence of the syntony from 4 Hz to 6 Hz on the bone metabolism markers in serum such as alkaline phosphatase (levels of BALP),osteocalcin (BGP) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP) in rabbits at forced posture. Methods Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: control group,matched control group,4Hz model group,SHz model group and 6Hz model group. The activity of the bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP),bone gla protein (BGP) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRACP) in serum were determined at the 2nd,4th and 6th week after experiment. Results Compared with the normal control group,BALP in the matched control group ascended at the 6th week,TRACP were elevated since the 4th week and BGP began to descend at the 4th week (P〈0.05). Compared with normal control group, BALP in the 4Hz,5Hz and 6 Hz model group were elevated since the 4th week,TRACP began to ascend at the 2nd and BGP began to descend at the 2nd week (P〈0.05). Compared with the normal control,BALP in the 5Hz and 6Hz model group began to ascend at the 6th week (P〈0.05),TRACP began to ascend and BGP began to descend at the 2nd week (P〈0.05). The content of TRACP in the 4Hz model group was higher than that in the 5Hz and 6Hz model group at the 2nd week and 4th week (P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum markers about bone metabolism are useful to early diagnosis of bone injury.
