泰安地区健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌血清尿素酶抗体检测分析

摘　　要：目的 分析近3年泰安地区人群的幽门螺杆菌（Hp）血清尿素酶抗体阳性率状况。方法 回顾性分析2010年9月—12月、2011年9月—12月、2012年9月—12月连续3年查体者的体检数据,按性别、年龄分组,采用胶体金法检测查体者幽门螺杆菌血清尿素酶抗体,并对其检测结果进行分析。结果 2010、2011、2012年中男女Hp血清尿素酶抗体阳性率比较经χ2检验,差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且男性Hp阳性率均高于女性;男性阳性率存在逐年增加趋势,而女性阳性率不存在逐年增加趋势。其各年龄段Hp血清尿素酶抗体阳性率比较,差别亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但各年龄段阳性率均不随年龄的增加而增加,且除20~29岁组、60~69岁组外,其余各组阳性率亦存在逐年增加趋势。结论 泰安地区的幽门螺杆菌阳性率偏高,且其感染状况应引起足够的重视。Objective To analyze the positive rate of serum Helicobacter pylori（Hp）urease antibody among the population in Tai＇an received health examination over the recent three years. Methods The results obtained from the health examination between September and December of 2010,2011,and 2012yr. were reviewed and analyzed. The subjects were grouped by gender and age and the Hp urease antibody in serum was tested by using colloidal gold method. The test resuhs were carefully analyzed. Results The positive rates of Hp urease antibody were significantly different between male and female during 2010,2011 and 2012（P〈O.OS）,with higher positive rate detected for male in all the three years. The positive rate for male was growing year by year,but the rate for female did not show this trend. Besides,comparing the positive rates of Hp urease antibody for the subjects with different ages,the results were also significantly different （P〈0.05）. But within each age group,the rate did not significantly increase with age. The positive rate tended to grow year by year except for the age groups of 20-29 and 60-69. Conclusion The Hp positive rate in Tai＇an region is relatively high, and thus attention should be given to the Hp infection situation.
