摘 要:目的研究败血症患者感染病原菌检测及耐药性分析,为临床治疗提供参考数据。方法对2012年3月-2013年3月135例确诊为败血症患者采集血培养标本,采用BACTEC 9050型全自动血液培养仪进行培养,用outuneims型细菌鉴定及药敏分析系统进行病原菌鉴定以及药敏试验分析,数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行处理。结果 135例患者血标本共检出98株病原菌,检出率为72.59%;其中革兰阴性菌66株占67.35%、革兰阳性菌17株占17.35%及真菌15株占15.30%;革兰阴性菌对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药率相对较高,对氨苄西林、环丙沙星及磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药率分别为90.91%、87.88%、87.88%;革兰阳性菌对于多种抗菌药物亦呈现出较高耐药率,而对万古霉素敏感性最高,达88.24%。结论加强对败血症患者感染病原菌的检测十分必要,以降低耐药菌株的扩散。OBJECTIVE To study the detection of pathogenic bacteria infected by patients with septicemia and analyze their drug resistance so as to provide reference data for clinical treatment.METHODS From Mar.2012 to Mar.2013,a total of 135 cases of hospital patients diagnosed with sepsis were included to collect their blood culture.The automatic blood culture system BACTEC 9050 was adopted to culture the samples.The pathogenic bacteria detection and drug sensitivity test analysis were done by outuneims system.SPSS 13.0software was adopted to deal with the data.RESULTS Totally 98 strains of pathogenic bacteria were found in the blood samples in the 135 cases,the positive rate was 72.59%.Among them,the gram-negative bacteria had 66 strains,accounting for 67.35%;the number was significantly higher than gram-positive bacteria of 17 strains,accounting for 17.35% and fungi of 15 strains,accounting for 15.30%.The gram-negative bacteria were highly drugresistant to fluoroquinolones,in which ampicillin,ciprofloxacin and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim were the majority.The resistance rates were 90.91%,87.88% and 87.88%,respectively.In addition,gram-positive bacteria also had a high drug resistance rate to multiple antibiotics,while vancomycin′s susceptibility was the highest,reaching 88.24%.CONCLUSIONIt is necessary to strengthen the detection of the pathogenic bacteria infected by sepsis patients,which can prevent the spread of the drug-resistant strains.
