综合医院应对埃博拉出血热预防控制措施研究

摘　　要：目的有效应对可能发生的埃博拉出血热疫情,提高医院医护人员对埃博拉出血热的认识和预防控制意识,做好医院埃博拉出血热预防控制工作及疫情发生时的医疗救治工作,提高医院快速反应和应急处理能力,保障人民群众的身体健康和生命安全。方法医院成立埃博拉出血热预防控制工作三级管理组织结构,严格执行首问负责制,对就诊的发热患者采取严格预检分诊、专区接诊,及时发现、诊断和严格隔离控制患者,密切接触者隔离医学观察,加强个人防护与感染控制,组织预防控制知识培训和演练等方法预防控制埃博拉出血热疫情。结果通过采取一系列的针对埃博拉出血热的预防控制应对措施,全院医护人员对埃博拉出血热的认识和预防控制意识得到了普遍提高,医护人员对传染病预防控制的重要性有了更深层次的理解,医护人员面对疫情暴发的快速反应和应急处理能力也有了相应的提高。结论面对越演越烈的埃博拉出血热疫情,做好预防控制应对工作尤为重要,按照相关法律法规长期规范化进行埃博拉出血热预防控制,是综合医院防止疫情蔓延、保护人民群众健康的强有力保障。OBJECTIVE To effectively respond to the possible outbreaks of Ebola hemorrhagic fever,improve medical staff＇s understanding of Ebola hemorrhagic fever and awareness of prevention and control in our hospital,accomplish a good work in prevention and control of Ebola hemorrhagic fever as well as medical treatment and rescuing when outbreaks occur,improve the quick response and emergency handling ability of our hospital and protect public health and life safety.METHODS Our hospital built a three-level management organization of prevention and control on Ebola hemorrhagic fever,strictly implemented the responsibility system for first inquiry.For the fever patients in our hospital,we adopted the measures such as strict previewing and triage,admission in specific reception area,timely discovery and diagnosis,strict prevention,isolation and control of patients.Close contactees were placed under medical observation,and personal protection and infection control was strengthened.Knowledge training of prevention and control and drills were organized to prevent possible outbreaks of Ebolahemorrhagic fever.RESULTS By adopting a series of measures of prevention and control on Ebola hemorrhagic fever,the medical staff＇s understanding and awareness of Ebola hemorrhagic fever was generally improved,the medical staff had a deep understanding of importance of prevention and control of infectious diseases.At the same time the medical staff improved the ability of quick response and handling on emergencies.CONCLUSION With Ebola hemorrhagic fever outbreaks growing in intensity,it is of paramount importance to do well in the prevention and control work.It is a powerful guarantee for general hospital to prevent the spread of disease and protect public health in accordance with relevant laws and regulation for prevention and control of Ebola hemorrhagic fever in a long-term and standardized way.
