医务人员手卫生培训策略及效果研究  

Strategies for hand hygiene training of health care workers and analysis of effects

摘　　要：目的研究医务人员手卫生培训的有效方法,并了解其培训效果,为多模式手卫生改善策略的制定和实施提供参考依据。方法于2013年10月对科室主任、护士长、控制感染员、保洁员4类人群共317名分别进行培训,对培训效果进行随机调查,采用SPSS15.0统计软件对调查结果进行录入和分析。结果 317名医务人员接受培训后手卫生知晓总得分为(8.38±1.93)分,护士得分显著高于医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护士手卫生指征应答正确率61.65%,显著高于医师的46.39%及其他人员的38.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手卫生揉搓时间全部应答正确率护士最高为91.73%、医师为85.57%,技术人员最差为69.57%,护士的正确率显著高于技术员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);83.28%的调查对象明确手卫生揉搓时间应为≥15s,4.42%表示不知晓,11.36%认为手卫生揉搓时间应该>30s。结论手卫生培训中存在的薄弱环节,应分层次对不同人群和科室进行培训,为多模式手卫生改善策略的制定和实施提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE To explore effective measures for hand hygiene training of health care workers and observe the effects so as to put forward multi-mode strategies for improvement of hand hygiene.METHODS The training was conducted for four populations with 317 health care workers involved,including the chiefs of departments,head nurses,infection control staffs,and cleaning staff,then the randomized survey was carried out for the effects of the training,and the results of the survey were input and analyzed by using SPSS15.0software.RESULTS The total score of hand hygiene cognition of the 317 health care workers was（8.38±1.93）points after the training,the score of the nurses was significantly higher than that of the doctors（P〈0.05）.The rate of correct response to handy hygiene indications of the nurses was 61.65%,significantly higher than 46.39% of the doctors and38.46% of other staff（P〈0.05）.The rate of correct response to the hand hygiene rubbing time of the nurses was 91.73%,the doctors 85.57%,the technical staff 69.57%,and there was significant difference in the correct rate between the nurses and the technical staff（P〈0.05）.The survey revealed that 83.28% of the respondents were aware of the hand hygiene rubbing time that should not be no less than 15 s,4.42% had no idea,and11.36% believed that the hand hygiene rubbing time should be more than 30 s.CONCLUSIONThe study concludes that there are weak links in the hand hygiene training,and the training needs to be conducted according to the different populations and departments so as to put forward multi-mode strategies for improvement of hand hygiene.
