摘　　要：目的调查住院内分泌科患者对医院感染的认知状况,并研究健康教育策略,为预防感染提供依据。方法选择2012年1月-2014年6月内分泌科住院患者98例为研究对象,采用调查问卷对患者医院感染认知状况进行调查。结果 98例患者中58例对医院感染认知完全知晓、15例部分知晓,知晓率为74.49%;多元线性回归分析显示,不同性别、年龄、住院次数及文化程度患者对医院感染知晓率的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对医院感染各环节的认知情况,其了解程度由高到低依次为洗手频次、病房紫外线消毒、饮食卫生、探视人员的限制、患者及探视人员戴口罩和防治皮肤及黏膜破溃。结论内分泌科患者对医院感染认知水平较低,女性、年龄较大、住院次数少和文化程度低的患者对医院感染知晓率较低,根据调查结果,采取有针对性的干预措施,对提高患者认知水平,预防医院感染具有重要价值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition status for nosocomial infections of patients in the endocrinology department and health education strategies so as to provide reference for infection prevention.METHODS Totally98 cases of patients in the endocrinology department of our hospital were selected as subjects.Questionnaire was used to investigate the cognition status for nosocomial infections of patients.RESULTS Among the 98 patients,58patients had full knowledge of nosocomial infections and 15 patients knew part about nosocomial infections.The awareness rate of 98 cases of patients was 74.49%.The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the influences of different genders,age,degrees of education and number of admissions on cognitive status were significant（P〈0.05）.Cognitive level of patients for single link of nosocomial infection decreased in the following order of hand-washing frequency,disinfection by ultraviolet light,dietetic hygiene,restriction for visitors,wearing masks for patients and visitors,and skin and mucous membrane ulceration.CONCLUSION The cognitive level of nosocomial infections of patients in the endocrinology department was low.Female patients and patients with older age,less number of admission and low education level showed low cognitive level.Taking specific measures according to the results had important value on enhancing patients＇ cognitive level and preventing nosocomial infections.
