摘 要:针对某矿辅助运输大巷变形严重、返修量大的支护难题,对巷道顶板复合结构变形机制进行了力学分析,揭示出巷道顶部锚固层厚度、顶板软弱夹层与锚固区相对位置及锚杆(索)预应力是影响此类巷道稳定的重要因素;运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同支护参数的控制效果进行了研究,结合现场生产地质条件综合确定了"高强高预应力锚杆(索)+金属网+W型钢带+喷射混凝土"联合支护方案。现场实践表明,巷道顶底板移近量以及两帮移近量明显减少,围岩变形得到了有效的控制。In order to solve the support problems of the auxiliary haulage roadway,such as large deformation and frequent rework,we revealed the roadway stability influence factors that are anchored thickness,relative positional relation of weak interlayer and anchorage area and anchor cable pre-stress by means of the mechanical stability analysis of deformation mechanism in the composite structure above roof.Furthermore,we researched the control effect with different parameters aided by FLAC3 D.In addition,combined with field production and geological conditions,we finally proposed the collaborative support program consists of high strength and high pre-stressed anchor(cable),metal mesh,W steel trips and concrete injection.The field practice shows that deformation amount of roof,floor and two sides in roadway obviously decreased,which indicates the effective control of the roadway surrounding rock deformation.
