摘 要:为实现智能检测、维护飞机蓄电池,研发了"飞机蓄电池智能检测维护"系统,系统采用工控机+单片机控制,通过软、硬件实现对飞机蓄电池的充放电工作进行数字化控制和管理,通过人机界面可以按照维护技术要求设置维护程序实现对飞机蓄电池的检测维护,能自动采集蓄电池单体电压、总电压、充电电流、放电电流等参数,自动换算容量,实现对充、放电曲线的实时显示,实现对检测维护数据的数据库管理;通过实际应用,该系统实现了对飞机蓄电池检测、维护的智能化,提高了工作效率,改善蓄电池的检测、维护质量及可靠性,解决了目前飞机蓄电池检测维护工作的人为工作量大、误差影响因素多的问题。To realize intelligent detection and maintenance of fighter storage batteries,the " fighter storage batteries intelligent detection and maintenance system" is well developed.The system is able to realize,by software and hardware,digital control and management of fighter storage batteries charge-discharge process using Industrial Computer + chip microcomputer control,perform detection & maintenance of storage batteries by programming maintenance through the man-machine interface according to the maintenance instruction,automatically capture the batteries parameters of unit voltage,total voltage,charging current,discharging current etc,automatically convert volume,display in real-time the graph of charge-discharge,manage all the maintenance records in a database way.Through practical application,the system has realized the intellectualization of fighter storage batteries detection and maintenance,solved the problem of huge workload and influence of errors occurred during the process of batteries detection and maintenance.
