摘　　要：针对信息资源的决策效用评价问题,对企业相关信息资源内容与结构的动态特性进行深入分析与研究。深入探讨了信息语义特征及与其数据结构的相关性,提出相应的结构化与层次化组织基本原则与模型,该模型能够将非结构化或半结构化的信息资源实现结构化,是信息资源效用价值量化评价较好的解决方案。同时,结合现代信息技术、多元化的信息环境,对信息资源结构化组织模型的具体策略与方式进行了探讨。To evaluate the decision-making utility of the information resources,this paper analyzes thecontent and structure characteristics of information resources. Basic principles and model of structuredand hierarchical organization are proposed based on the research of the relevance between information se-mantic features and the data structure. The models can structure unstructured or semi-structured informa-tion resources,so it is better solution for the quantitative evaluation of utility of information resources. Al-so,combined with modern information technology and diversified Information environment, the paper ex-plores the strategies and specific methods of information resources structured organizational model.
