中国企业间专利合作网络的演化及小世界性分析——基于开放式创新视角

摘　　要：企业所加入的专利合作网络是他们实行开放式创新的重要网络平台。通过中国知识产权局公开的1985年到2010年的36731条企业间合作专利数据,进行了企业合作网络的实际动态变化过程及最大子群的小世界性分析,结果表明,最大子群具有小世界性特征,但是整体网络结构还存在一些缺陷,限制了企业的开放式创新的发展。为企业和国家的开放式创新战略提出了一些建议。The patent cooperation network in which enterprises join is an important network platform foropen innovation.The actual dynamic variation of network structure characteristics and small-worldfeatures of the biggest subgroup are analyzed based on 36731 pieces of enterprise-enterprise cooperationpatent come from State Intellectual Property Office of the People＇Republic of China from 1985 to 2010,the results show that the biggest subgroup have small-world features,but the network structure still havesome defcts which may influence on the development of open innovation.In the end, some Suggestionsputted forward for enterprise and the government to implement their open innovation strategies.
