摘  要:目的调查金黄色葡萄球菌婴幼儿分离株的黏附毒素与细胞毒素编码基因携带状况。方法收集儿童医院2013年10-12月金黄色葡萄球菌婴幼儿分离株20株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法分析9种黏附毒素编码基因、9种细胞毒素编码基因及2种荚膜抗原编码基因。结果 20株金黄色葡萄球菌共检出7种黏附毒素编码基因,5种细胞毒素编码基因,荚膜抗原编码基因cap5占15.0%、cap8占85.0%;黏附毒素、细胞毒素及荚膜抗原3类编码基因每一株均有阳性检出;阳性基因可分为7种模式,携带≥10种基因的菌株占大多数。结论黏附毒素和细胞毒素编码基因的高检出率是该组金黄色葡萄球菌在患儿皮肤软组织和病灶部定植和感染的重要原因,对金黄色葡萄球菌婴幼儿分离株进行9种黏附毒素编码基因、9种细胞毒素编码基因及2种荚膜抗原编码基因检测研究尚为国内外首次。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of coding genes of adhesions and cytotoxins in Staphylococ- cus aureus isolated from infants. METHODS From Oct. to Dec. 2013, 20 strains of S. aureus isolated from infants were collected from Nanjing Children's Hospital, China. Nine kinds of coding genes of adhesions, 9 kinds of coding genes of cytotoxins, and 2 kinds of coding genes of capsular antigens were analyzed by PCR. RESULTS Totally 7 kinds of coding genes of adhesions, 5 kinds of coding genes of cytotoxins and capsular antigens were positive in this group of 20 strains. And positive rate of cap5 was 15. 0%, positive rate of cap8 was 85. 0%; Furthermore, 3 classes of coding genes were all positive in strain. Moreover, 7 kinds of positive modes were divided, and most strains carried over 10 kinds of genes. CONCLUSION High detection rates of coding genes of adhesions and cytotoxins in this group plays a key role in S. aureus colonizing and infecting infants' skin, soft tissue, and lesions. It's the first report that 9 kinds of coding genes of adhesions, 9 kinds of coding genes of cytotoxins, and 2 kinds of coding genes of capsular antigens in S. aureus isolated from infants were analyzed in China.
