摘 要:目的对洁净手术室的感染现状进行调查分析,并针对性提出控制措施,以降低洁净手术室的感染率。方法医院2010年1月-2012年1月在洁净手术室共完成手术26 958例,对159例发生手术切口感染、无菌物品细菌检测以及手术室卫生学等结果进行统计分析,数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行处理。结果 26 958例手术患者发生切口感染159例,感染率为0.59%,其中择期手术患者发生切口感染73例,感染率为0.41%,急诊手术患者发生切口感染86例,感染率为0.95%,两组感染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医院共监测456间次手术室空气,其中合格的有446间,合格率为97.80%;物体表面共监测647次、合格589次,合格率为91.00%;监测医务人员手295人次,合格289人次,合格率为97.90%;无菌物品共监测561份,所有物品均合格。结论对洁净手术室进行质量管理的加强,严格控制手术室内各项无菌操作,定期检测手术室内空气净化质量,能有效降低手术室内医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status of the clean operating room and proposing detailed control measures to decrease the infection rate of operating room. METHODS Totally 26 958 operations from Jan. 2010 to Jan. 2012 were taken in the clean operating room and 159 of them were surgical site infected. The study was conducted through the results of surgical site infections, bacterial detection of aseptic materials and hygiene in operation room of the 159 patients with surgical site infections. Statistical analysis was calculated by SPSS17.0 system. RESULTS Totally 159 cases were surgical site infected in the 26 958 patients and the infection rate was 0.59 %. Among the infected patients, 73 cases were taken selective operation while 86 cases were taken emergency operation, and the infection rates were 0. 41% and 0. 95% respectively. The differences was significant (P〈0.05). Air quality tests were conducted through 456 operating rooms and 446 were eligible. Surface of objects were tested for 647 times and 589 times were eligible. Hands of medical staffs were tested for 295 person times and 289 person times were eligible. The quality rate of air, surface of objects, hands of medical staffs and aseptic materials were respectively 97.80%, 91.00% and 97.90%. Aseptic materials tested 561 samples, and 100% were eligible. CONCLUSION Improvement of quality management, control of aseptic operation and regular detection of air purification should be implemented in operating room so as to effectively decrease the nosocomial infections in the operating room.
