化脓性中耳炎患者聚维酮碘治疗真菌感染的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析聚维酮碘在治疗化脓性中耳炎患者真菌感染中的应用,探讨其治疗效果、听力改善和不良反应发生情况。方法收集2012年5月-2013年12月收治的100例化脓性中耳炎真菌感染患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,两组均采用常规治疗后,观察组采用聚维酮碘治疗,对照组采用3%水杨酸乙醇治疗,1周后比较两组治疗效果、听力改善及不良反应,应用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计处理。结果观察组治疗显效6例、有效37例,总有效率为86.0%,对照组治疗显效1例、有效29例,总有效率为60.0%,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者听力改善幅度(6.9±2.2)dB,高于对照组的(4.0±1.3)dB,观察组患者发生不良反应4例,发生率为8.0%,对照组患者发生不良反应14例,发生率为28.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在化脓性中耳炎患者真菌感染的治疗中,聚维酮碘具有良好的治疗效果,明显改善听力,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To study and analyze povidone-iodine in the treatment of fungal infection in patients with suppurative otitis media and to explore its therapeutic effects, hearing improvement and adverse reactions. METHODS Totally 100 cases of suppurative otitis media patients with fungal infections admitted during May 2012 to Dee. 2013 were collected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. After conventional treatment for both groups, the observation group received povidone-iodine therapy, while the control group received 3% salicylic alcohol treatment. The clinical efficacy, hearing improvement and adverse reactions were compared at one week after treatment. The software SPSS13.0 was used for data statistical analysis. RESULTS There were 6 excellent cases and 37 effective cases （74. 0%） in the observation group （the total effective rate 86.0%） and 1 excellent case and 29 effective cases in the control group （60.0%）, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The improvement amplitude of hearing was （6.9±2.2） dB in the observation group and higher than （4.0±1.3） dB in the control group; adverse reactions occurred in 4 eases （8.0%） in the observation group and 14 eases （28.0%） in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS For treatment of fungal infections in suppurative otitis media, povidone-iodine has a good therapeutic effect, significantly improves hearing with a low incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
