摘  要:目的比较分析两种检验方法对小儿肺炎支原体感染结果的敏感性和准确性,总结两种临床检验方法的作用和意义,以提高诊断率。方法选择2012年6月-2013年6月入院进行治疗的肺炎支原体感染患儿310例,从中随机选取100例进行对比研究,肺炎支原体感染患儿分别采用血清抗MP-IgM检测方法和冷凝集试验方法,对其检验结果敏感性进行比较分析,数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行处理。结果肺炎支原体感染患儿采用血清抗MP-IgM检验后,有25例呈阳性,阳性率为25.0%,采用冷凝集试验方法检验后,有13例呈阳性,阳性率为13.0%;血清抗MP-IgM检验后敏感性、特异性分别为88.9%、96.3%,冷凝集试验检验后敏感性、特异性分别为85.7%、91.1%,血清抗MP-IgM检测方法检验结果更加准确、敏感性强。结论使用血清抗MP-IgM检测方法对肺炎支原体感染患儿进行肺炎支原体感染检验,检验结果更加准确、敏感性较强、诊断效率高,值得广泛的推广应用。OBJECTIVE To test the sensitivity and accuracy of two test methods for MycopIasma pneumoniae infection in children and summarize the roles and significance of the two methods of clinical test in order to improve the diagnostic yield. METHODS Totally 310 children with M. pneumoniae infection admitted from Jun. 2012 to Jun. 2013 were enrolled and 100 children of them were randomly selected for a comparative study. The serum anti-MP-IgM detection method and the cold agglutination test method were used respectively for the children. The sensitivity was compared between the two test methods. The software SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS Totally 25 cases were tested as positive (the positive rate 25%) by the serum anti-MP-IgM test, while 13 eases positive (13 %) by the cold agglutination test. The sensitivity and speeifielty was 88.9%, 96.3% for the serum anti-MP-IgM test, and 85.7%, 91.1% for the cold agglutination test. Therefore, the serum anti-MP-IgM test method was more accurate and sensitive. CONCLUSION The serum anti-MP-IgM test for M. pneumoniae infection in children is more accurate and sensitive with high diagnostic efficiency, which is worthy of wide application.
