护士站接收无菌物品台面污染的调查分析

摘　　要：目的监测医院重症医学科、手术室、新生儿科等33个临床科室护士站接收放置无菌物品台面的微生物污染情况。方法 2013年10月对33个临床科室护士站接收放置无菌物品台面,采用随机抽样法进行采样,放到(36±1)℃恒温箱培养48h,计数菌落数。结果 33个科室护士站台面中有11个科室检出病原菌,共检出病原菌1 202株,其中微球菌属检出最多,占53.24%,其次为表皮葡萄球菌和毛霉菌属,分别占19.14%、14.39%;护士站台面轻、中、重度污染分别占12.12%、21.21%、66.67%。结论应严格执行消毒隔离制度,加强无菌观念,使用整理箱运送无菌物品,灭菌的无菌物品应专柜放置,与消毒物品分开放置,加强棉布无菌包的管理,在护理治疗室中固定专柜放置棉布包装的无菌包,不与其他一次性无菌物品混放,能最大限度避免无菌物品在交接与使用时受到污染,避免无菌物品污染引发医院感染。OBJECTIVE To monitor the condition of microorganism contamination of platforms receiving and placing sterile materials in 33 nursing stations of clinical departments including the ICU, the Operating Room and the Neonatal Department. METHODS For platforms receiving and placing sterile materials in 33 nursing stations of clinical departments, random sampling method was adopted, and they were placed into thermostat（36 ±1）℃ for 48h to count the numbers of bacterial colony. RESULTS Of the 33 platforms in nursing stations of clinical departments, 11 were detected of pathogenic bacteria, with a total of 1202, among which Micrococcus was the most, covering 53.24% ,and Staphylococcus epidermidis and mucor ranked second, accounting for 19.14% and 14. 39% respectively. The light, medium and severe pollution of the nurse station platform accounted for 12.12 %, 21.21 % and 66.67 %, respectively. CONCLUSION Disinfection segregation should be carried out strictly to strengthen aseptic concept, and aseptic supplies should be transported in storage box. Sterilized aseptic supplies should be stored in counters and be separated from disinfection items. The monitoring of cotton aseptic package should be strengthened, and they should be placed in fixed counters in nursing therapy and should be separated from other disposable sterile objects so as to avoid sterile items being contaminated in transition and using and causing nosocomial infection to the largest extent.
