摘 要:目的:应用4种体重指数(BMI)分类标准,评价新疆3-9岁汉族、维吾尔族两民族儿童超重/肥胖率,验证我国学龄前儿童超重/肥胖分类标准在多民族地区的适用性。方法:采用随机整群抽样法抽取新疆4个地区汉族、维吾尔族两民族儿童,测量身高、体重,计算BMI,分别采用:1国际肥胖问题工作组(IOTF)超重/肥胖标准;2WHO 2-19岁儿童生长发育标准;3国立卫生统计中心/疾病预防控制中心(NCHS/CDC)标准;4中国2-18岁儿童青少年超重和肥胖BMI界值点对儿童进行超重/肥胖评价。结果:在IOTF标准、WHO标准、NCHS/CDC标准、中国界值下儿童总体超重率分别为11.48%、12.03%、12.66%、16.61%,总体肥胖率分别为4.55%、7.40%、8.71%、9.81%。4种分类标准在5.5岁前超重检出率差异较大,6岁后检出率差异较小。中国界值超重/肥胖检出率〉NCHS/CDC标准〉WHO标准〉IOTF标准。结论:4种BMI分类标准对3-9岁儿童超重/肥胖检出率有所不同,我国BMI分类标准适用于新疆地区。Objective : To evaluate the incidence rates of overweight and obesity among 3 - 9 - year - old children of Han nationality and Uyghur nationality in Xinjiang via four kinds of body mass index (BMI) classification standards, verify the applicability of China preschool children overweight and obesity classification standard in ethnic minority areas. Methods: The children of Han nationality and Uyghur nationality were selected from four regions in Xinjiang by random cluster sampling method; body height and weight were measured, BMI was calculated; the four kinds of classification standards used in the study included International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) standard, WHO 2 - 19 - year - old children growth and development stat, dard, National Center for Health Statistics/Center for Disease Control and Prevention (NCHS/CDC) standard, Chinese 2 -18 -yearold children and adolescents overweight and obesity BMI critical value standard. Results:According to IOTF classification standard, WHO standard, NCHS/CDC standard and Chinese BMI critical value standard, the total incidence rates of overweight were 11.48%, 12.03%, 12. 66% and 16.61%, respectively, the total incidence rates of obesity were 4. 55% , 7.40% , 8.71% and 9.81%, respectively; the difference of detection rates of overweight of four standards among the children under 5.5 years old is large, for the children more than 6 years, the difference is small ; the detection rates of overweight and obesity from high to low were Chinese BMI critical value standard 〉 NCHS/CDC standard 〉 WHO standard 〉 IOTF standard. Conclusion: The detection rates of overweight and obesity among 3 - 9 - year - old children via four standards are different, Chinese BMI critical value standard is suitable for the children in Xinjiang region.
