摘 要:目的:观察参红补血颗粒对失血性血虚证模型动物造血功能及相关因子EPO的影响,探讨参红补血颗粒对造血功能的促进作用。方法:采用断尾放血的方法复制血虚证动物模型,血液分析仪检测动物外周血红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比容(HCT)的变化,酶联免疫法检测动物血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)的含量变化。结果:造模后连续给予参红补血颗粒7天后,参红补血颗粒各给药组动物外周血RBC数量、HGB含量、HCT均显著高于模型组,血清EPO含量高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参红补血颗粒对模型动物的造血功能有促进作用,其详尽机制还有待于系统研究。Objective: To observe the effect of Shenhong Baxue granules on hematopoietic function and erythropoietin (EPO) of animal model of hemorrhagic blood deficiency, explore the promoting effect of Shenhong Buxue granules on hematopoietic function. Methods : Animal model of hemorrhagic blood deficiency was established by blood collection from the tail vein, blood analyzer was used to detect the changes of red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin and hematocrit (HCT) in peripheral blood, ELISA was used to detect the change of EPO content in serum. Results: After establishing animal model, the animals were treated with Shenhong Buxue granules for consecutive seven days, RBC count, hemoglobin content, HCT and serum EPO content in Shenhong Buxue granule group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion : Shenhong Buxue granules can promote hematopoietic function of animal model, but the specific mechanism still needs further study.
