摘　　要：针对石化生产过程中可能出现的危及生产人员安全的问题,设计开发了基于嵌入式技术的石化厂区职工健康安全预警系统。系统由头盔、腕表和监控中心组成。通过智能穿戴式传感器监测员工周边环境以及体征参数,利用Wi-Fi无线通信技术实时将体征、环境参数和视频流等数据传输到腕表和监控中心;监控中心保存、播放收到的视频和环境参数,并可以发送信息到腕表显示以及触发头盔上的语音报警。实验表明,本系统能及时、有效、动态地掌握员工健康状况与接触有害因素之间的相互关系,为一线员工的健康安全保驾护航,具有很高的市场推广价值。In view of the problem that it is likely to endanger the safety of the worker in the petrochemical production pro- eess, this paper designs a petrochemical faetory worker healthy and safety warning system based on embedded teehnology,which consists of a helmet, wrist watch and monitoring center. The system monitors the surrounding environment and the employees＇ sign parameters with intelligent wearable sensors, transmits signs, environmental parameters, video stream, ete. to wrist watch and moni- toring center in real time with Wi-Fi wireless communications technology. The monitoring center can save and play videos and the environmental parameters, send the information to the watch display, then trigger the voice alarm on the helmet. Experimental re- sults show that, the system ean master the relationship between staffs＇ health and their exposure to harmful factors promptly, effec- tively and dynamically, and prOvide escort for frontline staffs＇ health and safety. It has very high market value to be popularized.
