摘　　要：对目前国内市场上用户满意度高的几种锂离子电池隔膜专用聚丙烯树脂进行了基础物性和分子结构的分析,结合聚丙烯的工艺特点,对目标产品的主要控制指标进行了设计。通过生产线的实际应用,从成膜性、膜面外观、孔隙率等方面对目标产品与韩国料进行了对比,为今后进一步深入研究和工业化生产提供了参考依据。The basic properties and molecular structures of several special PP resins for separators of lithium ion cell with high customer satisfaction in the domestic market were ana- lyzed. By combining PP process feature, the main control index of target product was de- signed. By actual application in a production line, film-forming capability, film surface ap- pearance, porosity etc of the product were compared with those of Korean product. These provide a reference for further investigation and industrial production in the future.
