摘 要:基于人工湿地景观设计效果及不同人工湿地植物对污水处理效果考虑下,实验首次选择了梭鱼草+美人蕉+野菱+金鱼藻构成人工湿地植物组合,研究该湿地植物组合对不同含量畜禽废水去污效果和植物生理特性影响。结果表明,组合植物对畜禽废水的去除效果较好,HRT为3d的NH,-N、COD、TP去除率分别为56.92%~88.85%、27.7%~82.47%、31.54%~70.83%,最高去除率分别为92.77%、92.88%、94.66%。1级动力学方程对废水COD、TP吸附过程和相关系数R2的拟合好于准2级动力学方程。4种植物叶片SOD、CAT、POD活性大致呈现出先升高再降低的趋势。低含量畜禽废水胁迫下,CAT酶敏感程度高,在清除过氧化物作用中占主导地位;高含量畜禽废水胁迫下,由POD酶和CAT酶共同启动保护机制,当胁迫程度减小,主要由CAT酶再次起主导作用。抗逆性强弱大小为梭鱼草〉美人蕉〉金鱼藻〉野菱。Based on the artificial wetland landscape design effect and the effect of different wetland plants on sewage treatment, Barracuda grass, Canna,wild Ling and CeratophyUum were selected to form artificial wetland plant assemblages. The effect of wetland plant assemblages on the decontamination effect and plant physiological characteristics of different concentrations of livestock wastewater was investigated. The experimental results showed that the effect of this plant combination on the wastewater treatment was excellent, and when HRT was 3 d, removal rates of NH3-N, COD and TP were 56.92%-88.85%, 27.7%-82.47% and 31.54%-70.83%, repectively, the highest removal rates were 92.77%, 92.88%, 94.66%, repectively. The first-order kinetic equation fitted better than the quasi two level dynamics equation on the COD and TP adsorption process and the correlation coefficient R2. SOD, CAT and POD activity in leaves of four plant had generally increased at first and then decreased. Under the stress of low content of livestock wastewater, CAT enzyme sensitive degree was high, which produced dominant effect in the removal of peroxide; under the stress of high content of livestock wastewater, protection mechanism was started jointly by POD and CAT enzyme, and when the stress degree was reduced, CAT enzyme played a leading role again. Stress resistance ranked like this: Barracuda grass 〉 Canna〉 Cemtophyllum 〉 wild Ling.
