摘 要:采用干胶法合成纳米Silicalite-2分子筛,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对样品表征分析,研究了分子筛吸附水溶液中对硝基苯酚过程的吸附等温线、吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明,合成样品的晶粒粒径<100nm,吸附平衡可用Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附方程描述,Freundlich等温吸附方程具有更好的相关性;拟2级吸附动力学模型能较好地反映分子筛吸附对硝基苯酚的过程。25℃、溶液pH为4时,50 mg的Silicalite-2分子筛吸附容量为80.22 mg/g,弱酸性条件下,有利于吸附水溶液中对硝基苯酚。Silicalite-2 zeolites were synthesized by dry-gel methods and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. Silicalite-2 zeolites with a particle size of less-than 100 nm were used to adsorb p-nitrophenol in aqueous solution, and its adsorptivity was analysed. Adsorption isotherm, kinetics and thermodynamics for Silicalite-2 zeolites adsorbing p-nitrophenol have been investigated. Adsorption ofpnitrophenol on Silicalite-2 zeolites fits Langmuir and Freundlich equations. Freundlich equation is more suitable for describing adsorption process ofpnitrophenol on Silicalite-2 zeolites. The pseudo-second-order kinetic equation is more suitable for describing adsorption kinetics for p-nitrophenol on silicalite-2 zeolites. At 25 ℃, plq 4, silicalite-2 zeolites with 50 mg, adsorption capacity ofp-nitrophenol on Silicalite-2 zeolites could reach 80.22 mg/g.
