摘  要:有效控制水量小但分布广泛的点源污染能大大缓解目前水体富营养化状况。针对点源污染处理特点,设计并构建了中试规模的新型一体化膜生物反应器,考察其对矿区污水处理效果及反应器运行特性。结果表明,系统启动稳定后对COD、NH3-N平均去除率为83.17%、98.09%,出水TN、TP平均质量浓度为10.67、0.6mg/L,满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)一级标准,并具有一定的抗冲击负荷能力;系统中污泥质量浓度增长缓慢,污泥沉降性能良好(SV30〈30%);系统在104d运行时间里跨膜压差为1.3~30.9kPa,体外化学清洗对膜污染控制具有显著效果,有利于MBR长期稳定运行。Eutrophication can be greatly relieved by controlling the small-content but widely distributed point source pollution. A novel submerged pilot-scale membrane bioreactor (SMBR) was constructed based on characteristics of the point source pollution treatmeni. Efficiency and membrane fouling of mining sewage treatment with the SMBR were studied. The results showed that the SMBR displayed better resistance to shock loads. When the SMBR started up steadily, the average removal rate of COD and NH3-N were 83.17% and 98.09% respectively, and the average effluent concentration of TN and TP were 10.67 mg/L and 0.6 mg/L respectively, which met the national standard Class 1 specified in Discharged Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewatcr Treatment Plant (GB 18918- 2002). Activated sludge in the SMBR grew slowly and the sedimentation was good (SV30〈30%). During the running time of 104 days, trans-membrane pressure (TMP) increased from 1.3 to 30.9 kPa and external chemical cleaning could effectively control membrane pollution, which helped long-term stable operation of the SMBR.
