摘  要:以钠基膨润土为载体、乙酸锌为前驱体,采用溶胶凝胶法制备纳米Cu-ZnO/膨润土复合光催化剂,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对其结构表征分析,研究了该催化剂降解钻井废水的光催化性能。结果表明,催化剂中的纳米ZnO为六方纤锌矿结构,平均粒径为14.26nm,Cu掺杂后拓展了催化剂光响应范围,增强了光的吸收和利用率,提高了光催化活性。催化剂投加量为4.0g/L、H2O2投加量为3.0mmol/L,光照2 h后钻井废水COD去除率为80.3%,COD降至87.5 mg/L,达到GB 8978-1996一级标准。此外,催化剂具有较强的抗光腐蚀能力,高温活化后可多次使用。Cu-ZnO/bentonite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method with sodium bentonite as the carrier, zinc acetate as the precursor. The structure of the photocatalyst was characterized by XRD and FT-1R and whose photocatalytic performance on the degradation of drilling wastewater was investigated. The results showed that the nanometer ZnO in photocatalyst was hexagonal wurtzite structure and average particle size was 14.26 nm. Moreover, with Cu doping, the catalyst light response was expanded, the light absorption and utilization rate could be enhanced and the photocatalytic activity was improved. When catalyst dosage was 4.0 g/L and hydrogen peroxide dosage was 3.0 mmol/L, COD removal rate of the drilling wastewater was 80.3% in 2 h and COD reduced to 87.5 mg/L, which could meet the requirements of the first-grade GB 8978- 1996. Besides, the photocatalyst had strong resistance to light corrosion and which could be used repeatedly after heat activation.
