摘  要:采用管式超滤膜处理分散染料研磨锅冲洗废水,可以有效截留废水中的分散染料颗粒,浓缩倍数可达到10倍以上,每吨废水可回收分散染料10kg以上,处理过程中,管式膜膜通量稳定,具有自清洗功能,不需频繁清洗;采用纳滤膜深度处理管式超滤膜透过液,产水达到回用水标准,使分散染料冲洗水回用率达到60%以上。Disperse dyes in wastewater was treated with the tubular ultrafiltration membrane. The particles of disperse dyes could be rejected efficiently and concentrations of dyes in solutions had increased by more than ten times, and more than 10 kg disperse dyes were retrieved from 1 t wastewater. In the process, the tubular membrane flux was stable and did not need to clean frequently because of its self-cleaning property. The permeated water from tubular membrane was further treated by nanoflltration membrane, and the produced effluent could be reused and the reuse rate was more than 60%.
