摘　　要：文章分析了中国东盟自由贸易区背景下广西承接国际产业转移的有利背景,并探讨了广西承接国际产业转移的特点和存在的问题,提出了优化合作关系管理的对策建议。The article based on the background of China-asean free trade zone,carries on the advantage of Guangxi undertaking international industry transfer,and discussed the characteristics and the existing problems,then puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing relationship management advice.
