摘　　要：国务院于2006年正式颁发了《关于解决农民工问题的若干意见》,意见要求各级政府严格落实要求稳妥的解决农民工的社会保障问题,探索出一套适合我国国情的农村养老保险体制。国务院又于2009年颁布了《关于开展新型农村社会养老保险试点的指导意见》,意见提出了将个人账户与社会统筹、家庭养老、土地保障、社会救助等其他保障政策相结合,逐步解决养老保障问题。文章基于养老金退保、国际上的普遍做法等角度归纳我国的养老金调整研究,来探讨我国农民工养老金管理问题。The Sate Council formally issued＂several opinions about solving the problem of migrant workers＂in 2006,the paper demands government entities at all levels strictly implement the safety of solving the problem of social security of migrant workers,explore a set of suitable for China＇s national conditions of the rural pension insurance system.The Sate Council issued＂Implementation of the new type of rural social endowment insurance pilot guidance＂again,and the paper puts forward individual account and society,family endowment,land security,social assistance,and other security policy combination,gradually solve the problem of old-age security.Based on the common international practices and Pension surrender,explores China＇s migrant workers pension management problems.
