摘  要:目的研究薄荷挥发油纯胶(辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠)包合物的最佳制备工艺,并进行结构表征;方法比较饱和水溶液法、磁力搅拌法、高压均质法包合物的工艺,以包合物收率和挥发油包合率的综合评分作为评价指标,并利用薄层色谱、红外光谱、差示热扫描法对其进行结构表征。结果与饱和水溶液法、磁力搅拌法相比较,高压均质法制备的包合物收率和挥发油包合率均较高,并通过正交试验确定最佳工艺为薄荷挥发油-纯胶(1∶8),循环次数10次,均质压力40 MPa;包合物在包合前后薄荷挥发油的组成成分基本没有发生改变。结论优选出来的薄荷挥发油工艺稳定适合大生产。AIM To study the optimum conditions for the preparation of starch sodium octenyl succinate(SSOS) entrapping peppermint oil complex and to carry out the spectroscopy analysis to determine the structure.METHODS The integrated scoring on the oil volume,the inclusion rate of volatile oil was evaluated,and a comparison was made among saturated water solution,magnetic stirring and high pressure homogenization for preparation of inclusion compound with peppermint oil.TLC,IR spectra and differential thermal analysis were used for structure characterization.RESULTS High pressure homogenization,the optimal inclusion,outweighed saturated water solution method and magnetic stirring in both the inclusion rate and entrapping oil rate.Orthogonal design revealed that the ratio of peppermint oil to SSOS(1 ∶ 8),circling 12 times with 40 MPa pressure were the most satisfying.The inclusion gave no influence to the chemical constituents.CONCLUSION The optimal conditions for inclusion were steady and proper for a large scale production.
