摘 要:目的通过急性毒性研究紫硇砂醋制减毒机理。方法光学显微镜观察小鼠生、醋制紫硇砂灌胃后组织病理学改变,测定小鼠的胃质量、胃肠PGE2水平变化及胃排空及小肠推进等数据,以氯化钠和硫溶液灌胃作比较。结果紫硇砂腐蚀性刺激胃和小肠黏膜并引起胃体水肿膨大,使胃和小肠PGE2含有量降低,抑制胃排空及促进小肠运动,但醋制品对胃肠黏膜损伤较轻,影响程度较弱。氯化钠高剂量组胃肠腺上皮细胞空泡样变、局部弥漫性出血,硫高剂量组胃部分细胞空泡样变、黏膜下层水肿出血。推测其主成分氯化钠可加重大剂量给药时对胃肠的损伤;硫是其造成胃肠毒性的作用成分之一。结论醋制紫硇砂可降低对小鼠毒性,硫可能是毒性成分之一。AIM To study the possible mechanism for the attenuated toxicity of processed Halite Violaceous with vinegar.METHODS The light microscope was used for pathological examination of mice digestive organs after intragastric administration of H.Violaceous processed with or without vinegar.Their changes of the stomach weight and the amount of gastrointestinal PGE2,and the gastric emptying and promoting small intestine were checked before and after administration,at the same time the comparison was made against the administration of sodium chloride and / or sulfur solution.RESULTS The toxic site of action caused by H.Violaceous was present in the stomach and small intestine showing corrosive mucosal stimulation and coupled with dilated stomach body,the decreased amount of gastrointestinal PGE2(P〈0.01) and restricted gastric emptying and promoting intestinal motility were observed after oral administration,but H.Violaceous processed with vinegar had slight damage to stomach and relatively weaker effect.There were gastrointestinal glandular epithelial cell vacuolar degeneration and local diffuse bleeding in high-dose sodium chloride group and vacuolar degeneration of stomach cells in part and submucosa edema bleeding in high-dose sulfur group.CONCLUSION The processed H.Violaceous with vinegar may decrease the toxicity of Halite Violaceous to mice gastrointestinal mucosa,and sulfur is also one of the ingredients causing the gastrointestinal toxicity.
