摘 要:目的比较分析广陈皮及其近缘品种鲜果皮挥发油成分并寻找其特征成分。方法收集包括广陈皮(茶枝柑)、陈皮(红橘)和金橘等11种品种鲜果皮,水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS技术分离鉴定挥发油的成分,对所有样品测定结果进行聚类分析。结果所测鲜果皮挥发油均以柠檬烯为主要成分,同时含萜品烯、异松油烯和芳樟醇萜烯烃类化合物。聚类分析结果与鲜果皮品种分类结果一致。结论与其他陈皮近缘品种果皮比较,广陈皮(茶枝柑)挥发油中含有特有成分2-甲氨基-苯甲酸甲酯,柠檬烯的相对含有量最低,而萜品烯相对含有量最高,可作为广东新会陈皮的鉴定依据。AIM To compare the volatile oil compositions among fresh tangerine peels and their kindred plants and the characteristic constituents.METHODS Eleven varieties of fresh tangerine peels were collected,including Citrus reticulata ‘Chachi',C.sinensis and Fortunella margarita,and whose volatile oils were extracted by normal pressure steam distillation.Volatile oil components were determined by GC-MS and analyzed by cluster analysis.RESULTS Obtained volatile oils were dominated by limonene,occurring in its sequence,terpinene,terpinolene,and linalool belonged to terpene hydrocarbons.The results of cluster analysis were fit with the variety classification.CONCLUSION Comparing with other tangerine peels,C.reticulata ‘Chachi'contains a special ingredient 2-(methylamino) benzoate with relatively low limonene and highest terpinene content,which may be the important characteristics of C.reticulata ‘Chachi'.
