摘  要:目的比较瑞安和绍兴地区(浙江)、眉山地区(四川)、玉林和灵山地区(广西)及福清地区(福建)6个不同产地郁金中微量元素的含有量。方法采用ICP-OES法测定郁金中10种微量元素的量,运用主成分分析法,结合SPSS统计软件对测定结果进行综合分析。结果 6个不同产地郁金中均含有Co、Fe、Mn、Pb、Tl、Zn、Cd、Ni、Ag和As这10种微量元素,主成分分析结果显示:95.66%的贡献率来自前4个主成分。结论 4个主成分的综合得分表明浙江瑞安产郁金质量优于其他产地郁金,其次是福建福清,其他产地郁金综合得分均较低。AIM To compare the contents of trace elements in Curcumae Radix gathered from six different growing areas,including Rui'an and Shaoxing District(Zhejiang Province),Meishan District(Sichuan Province),Yulin and Lingshan District(Guangxi Province),and Fuqing District(Fujian Province).METHODS ICP-OES method was used for the determination of ten trace elements,their data were analyzed by the principal components analysis in combination with SPSS statistical software.RESULTS The trace elements,namely Co、Fe、Mn、Pb、Tl、 Zn、 Cd、 Ni,Ag and As,were found in Curcumae Radix.Analytic results showed that95.66% of the contribution rate contributed to the four principal components(Co、Fe,Mn and Pb).CONCLUSION The comprehensive score of the four principal components showed Curcumae Radix collected from Rui'an District is superior to the others in quality,that from Fuqing District is the second,and the rest are of average quality.
