摘  要:复杂环境中共存的覆冰、污秽等因素对电力系统安全运行构成极大威胁,对复杂环境中的复合绝缘子电场分布进行研究具有重要工程价值和意义。本文借助于有限元软件,以220 kV交流复合绝缘子为例,分别对覆冰、污秽状态下的绝缘子电场分布情况进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,随冰棱长度的增加,电场畸变越加严重,当冰棱桥接伞裙时,冰棱外沿表面最大电场强度增大两个数量级,已远远超过起晕场强;湿冰条件下电场变化趋势较之干冰条件时无明显变化,但畸变更加严重;污秽条件下,干燥带的存在使得伞群和护套交接处电场畸变严重,但畸变程度不足以引发局部放电。最后提出在污秽、覆冰共存区域,应采用单伞大爬距的绝缘子,以提高闪络电压。Coexistence of icing and contamination etc. in a complex environment will severely threaten the reliability of a power system. Therefore, a research on the electric field distribution of composite insulator in a complex environment has important engineering value and significance. Taking 220 kV AC composite insulator for example,the electric field distribution under icing and dirty conditions are simulated and analyzed respectively by using the finite element software. The results reveal that, the electric distortion degree increased with the growth of the ice, and when the large sheds are bridged by ice, the surface maximum electric field intensity increased two orders of magnitude, which has exceed the critical value by a long way; change trend of the electric field under wet ice condition is almost the same, but distortion is more serious; under contamination condition, the electrical field of the junction of the shed and the sheath is distorted seriously because of existence of dry band, but the distortion degree is not enough to cause partial discharge. Finally, in the complex atmosphere environment,using of insulator with big creepage distance will be beneficial to the increase the flashover voltage.
