摘  要:简述电瓷行业湿法坯件干燥设备的发展情况,介绍了坯件干燥中的直燃式烘房干燥技术原理,对电瓷湿法生产采用该技术后坯件的性能试验测试,得出使用直燃式烘房技术时:坯件的干燥的性能参数符合要求,干燥合格率比传统蒸汽干燥提升了1.7%,干燥后坯件内水分均匀控制在1.5%工艺要求范围内,干燥的效率提升了37%。The development of wet process drying equipment in electroceramic industry is briefly described, the technical theory of direct-fired-drying-chamber is introduced, the performance of the blanks produced by wet process which adopting this technology are tested, the result is that when using direct-fired-drying-chamber technology, the dry performance parameters of the blanks can meet the requirements, the drying rate has increased by 1.7% compared with the conventional steam drying, after drying the moisture inside the blank is uniformly controlled within 1.5% as the process required, and the drying efficiency increased by 37%.
