摘 要:为确保±1100 kV/16 kN支柱瓷绝缘子抗弯性能满足要求,通过对样品的三节、四节、五节、六节进行整柱弯曲破坏负荷试验,摸索出多节产品在承受整柱破坏负荷时的应力变化。初步确定,在多节产品的设计过程中,等应力设计具有一定的不合理性。对±1100 kV/16 kN支柱瓷绝缘子的各节应力选取时,要有不小于10%的应力叠装系数。试验证明:选用此种应力分布设计的产品,满足整柱的抗弯性能要求,可以满足±1100 kV特高压工程的需要。In order to ensure that the bending performance of ±1100 kV/16 kN post porcelain insulator could meet the requirements, the whole post bending failing load test have been performed separately to the third, fourth, fifth and sixth section of the sample, and it is figured out that the variation of stresses of multi section product during the whole post failing load. It is preliminary determined that the isostress design have irrationality to some extend concerning to the design to multi section products. The stress overstow coefficient should not less than 10% when selecting each section stress of ±1100 kV/16 kN post porcelain insulator. Tests show that the products designed by choosing this kind of stress distribution could meet the requirements of the bending capacity of the whole set product and can meet the needs of the ±1100 kV UHV project.
