摘 要:为提高色纺纱产品附加值,利用再用棉生产彩点纱。在3个品种采用不同再用棉种类和混用比例进行纺纱试验,并对成纱性能和布面再用棉分布状况进行了分析测试。结果表明:随着再用棉比例的增加,成纱条干变差,强力降低,布面横档逐渐增加;再用棉的种类和混用比例是影响彩点纱质量和面料风格的关键因素;纱号越粗,再用棉对布面横档的影响越明显。认为:利用本色再用棉生产的色纺彩点纱具有风格独特、彩点粘附牢度好、生产成本低的特点,可纺制出质量满足要求的色纺彩点纱。Knicker yarn was produced by reusable cotton waste in order to increase additional value of colored spinning products. Three products spinning experiments were carried out in kinds of reusable cotton waste and blending ratios. Yarn properties and reusable cotton waste distribution in fabric surface were analyzed and tested. The results show that yarn evenness is worse, strength is lower, more crosspieces is increased in fabric surface as the increase of reusable cotton waste proportional. Reusable cotton waste varieties and blending ratios are the key factors of influencing knieker yarn quality and fabric style. The thicker the knicker yarn is, the more influence of reusable cotton waste to fabric surface crosspieces is. It is considered that colored knicker yam spun with natural reusable cotton waste has properties like special style and lower production cost. Its quality can satisfy quality demands.
