摘 要:探讨单向导湿织物的试织要点及其性能。通过改变纤维原料、织物纬密、织物表里层组织,设计了5种具有单向导湿性能的接结双层织物试样;介绍了5种织物试样的规格;总结了试织中的技术要点;分析了试织中出现的问题及解决措施,最终成功试织了5种单向导湿织物;测试了试样的导湿性能,结果表明:各试样织物的导湿性能均较显著。认为:通过改变表、里组织结构,配合不同的纤维原料,织物单向导湿性能较显著。Weaving key points and properties of single-side moisture transported fabric were discussed. 5 kinds of double layers fabrics with singIe-side moisture transported property were designed by changing fiber raw material,weft density,face and back weave. Specification of 5 kinds of fabric sample were introduced. Key points in weaving were summarized. Problems and solving measures in weaving were analyzed. 5 kinds of single- side moisture transported fabrics were eventually weaved successfully. Moisture transported property of samples was tested. The results show that moisture transported property of all samples are obvious. It is considered that single-side moisture transported property is significant by changing face & back weave structure and matching with different fiber raw materials.
