摘　　要：文章概述了认知结构及其三个变量特征,分析了认知结构变量理论视角下读者产生信息差的主要原因并提出了信息差弥合条件,探讨了基于认知结构变量的材料驱动+概念驱动的读者认知结构激活、创设信息差弥合条件、缩小馆员与读者认知差距等信息差调控策略。This paper summarizes the cognitive structure and its three variable characteristics. It analyzes the main reasons of the information gap among readers and bridging conditions for information gap under the perspective of cognitive structural variables theory. It discusses the control strategies about reader＇s cognitive structure activation based on material-driven ＋ concept-driven of the cognitive structure variables. It creates the information gap＇s bridging conditions and narrows the cognitive gap between librarians and readers.
