摘　　要：将产学研合作创新的知识产权风险分为4大类,分别为产权风险、侵权风险、成果流失风险与成果实施风险,然后分析各类型风险的具体表现及主要影响因素,并进一步对机会主义行为倾向的影响因素进行研究,在此基础上提出了制产学研合作创新知识产权风险的对策。为识别、评价与控制产学研合作创新的知识产权风险提供参考。We classify IP risks in industry -university R＆D cooperation into four categories, including title risk, infringe- ment risk, losing risk and implementation risk. Then we explore the manifestation and major influence factors of diftbrcnt kinds of IP risks. After that, we make further analysis on the influence tactors of opportunism tendency. Finally, we provide strategies to control IP risks in industry - university R＆D cooperation. Our study provides references for identifying and controlling IP risks in industry -university R＆D cooperation.
