改进偏好DEA的有效决策单元优化分析

摘　　要：针对传统DEA方法无法依据有效生产前沿面区分有效决策单元的相对优劣性以及提供有效决策单元优化信息的弱点,引入优化前沿面(OF)概念构建改进BC2模型的偏好OF-DEA分析模型,给出模型应用的具体分析流程,并对模型约束参数和求解方法进行分析。最后,通过实证应用验证该模型在有效决策单元的评价排序、优化改进应用中的可行性和鲁棒性。In view of the weaknesses that traditional DEA method cannot distinguish the relatively ＂ pros and cons＂ of ef- fective decision - making units based on the efficient production frontier and cannot provide optimization information, this paper introduces the concept of optimization frontier, sets up OF - DEA model based on improved BC2 model, shows the detailed analysis process of the proposed model, and analyzes constraint parameters and solving method. Finally, through empirical application, this article validates the feasibility and robustness of the proposed model in ratings sort, optimizing of effective decision -making units.
