摘 要:采用GaBi4模拟传统铬鞣工艺和改性戊二醛鞣工艺,利用生命周期评价(LCA)法对其结果进行评价,并结合荷兰莱顿大学环境科学中心(CML)开发的CML2001分析工具,找出鞣革工艺中影响最大的方面及每个工序对各环境类别所产生的影响。结果表明,就鞣革工艺、电力、热能及废水处理而言,两种鞣革工艺对9个环境类别的贡献都较为显著,传统铬鞣工艺的贡献高于改性戊二醛鞣工艺,表明改性戊二醛鞣工艺较传统铬鞣工艺对环境更为友好。两种工艺的鞣制工序对环境的危害最大。在研究开发或实施清洁化鞣革工艺时,应重点关注鞣制工序,这是减轻鞣革工艺对环境污染最主要也是最直接的方法。The conventional chrome tanning process and the modified glutaraldehyde tanning process were modeled by using GaBi 4 software, and the results have be analyzed by Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Then the most effective part of the tanning process and each procedure's impact of various environmental categories were found out by CML2001 which is developed by the Environmental Sciences Institute of Leiden University (CML). According to tanning process, electricity consumption, energy consumption and waste water treatment, the result shows that the contribution of the tanning process to these nine environmental categories is more remarkable than others. And the contribution of the conventional chrome tanning process is higher than that of the modified glutaraldehyde tanning one. Besides, according to the tanning process itself, the contribution of the tanning procedure to the environment is predominant. So ,More attention should be paid to the modified glutaradehyde tanning process which can reduce the environment pollution.
