摘  要:在室温条件下,接种成熟的全程自养脱氮(CANON)污泥于小试SBR反应器中,通过调控不同的进水碱度和pH值,研究其对脱氮效果的影响。以NaHCO,调节碱度(ALK),当碱度(以CaCO,计)不足(ALK/NH4-N值〈1.6)时,氨氧化速率随着碱度的增加而增加;当碱度过量(ALK/NH4^+-N值〉7.5)时,氨氧化速率随着碱度的增加而减小;当ALK/NH4^+-N值为4.1时,好氧氨氧化速率为10.07mg/(L·h),厌氧氨氧化速率为10.43mg/(L·h),对总氮的去除率高达83.56%。在pH值梯度试验中,pH值为5.0时好氧氨氧化过程受到较强抑制,pH值为10.0时厌氧氨氧化过程受到较强抑制;pH值为5.O~8.0时氨氧化速率随pH值的增加而增加,pH值为8.0~10.0时氨氧化速率随pH值的增加而减小;pH值为8.0时好氧氨氧化速率为6.55mg/(L·h),厌氧氨氧化速率为6.68mg/(L·h),对总氮的去除率高达82.94%。The sludge derived from a stable completely autotrophic nitrogen removal over nitrite (CANON) process was seeded in a bench-scale SBR at room temperature, and the nitrogen removal in CANON process was studied by controlling the influent alkalinity and pH value. The results showed that when there was a shortage of alkalinity ( alkalinity/NHf - N ratio less than 1.6) in CANON process, the ammonia oxidation rate increased with the increase of alkalinity. When there was an overdose of alkalinity ( alkalinity/NH4^+ - N ratio more than 7.5 ), the ammonia oxidation rate decreased with the increase of al- kalinity. When the alkalinity/NH4^+ - N ratio was 4.1, the aerobic ammonia oxidation rate was 10.07 mg/(L· h), the anaerobic ammonia oxidation rate was 10.43 mg/( L· h), and TN removal rate was 83.56%. The aerobic ammonia oxidation process was significantly inhibited at pH value of 5.0, and the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process was significantly inhibited at pH value of 10.0 in pH gradient test. The ammonia oxidation rate was increased with the increase of pH value at pH value of 5.0 to 8.0, and decreased with the increase of pH value at pH value of 8.0 to 10.0. When the pH value was 8.0, the aerobic ammonia oxidation rate was 6.55 mg/( L·h), the anaerobic ammonia oxidation rate was 6.68 mg/( L · h) , and TN removal rate was 82.94%.
