摘 要:为了降低输水管道因水锤爆管事故产生的泄流量,结合工程案例,在输水管道中设置转动式限流孔板,并比较有无限流孔板工作时的爆管瞬变流状态。计算结果显示:无水锤防护措施下,爆管处产生的泄流量为118 m3/s;有转动式限流孔板工作时,爆管处产生的泄流量为40 m3/s;限流孔板与关阀并用时,爆管处产生的泄流量为19 m3/s。由此表明,在爆管事故发生后,采取转动式限流孔板与关阀并用的措施可以有效降低事故泄流量,减小爆管事故的危害。To reduce the discharge during an accident of pipeline burst caused by water hammer, the rotary flow-limiting orifice plate was installed in a water transmission pipeline, and the transient flow states in the burst pipes with and without the rotary flow-limiting orifice plate were compared. The calculation results showed that the discharges from the burst pipes were 118 m^3/s, 40 m^3/s and 19 m^3/s respectively in the case of without protective measures of water hammer, with the rotary flow-limiting orifice plate and with combination of the rotary flow-limiting orifice plate and valve closing. It was suggested that when the pipe burst accident occurred, the combination of the rotary flow-limiting orifice plate and valve closing could effectively reduce the discharge and decrease damage from pipe burst.
