摘  要:分析了影响套管抗硫化物应力腐蚀(SSC)性能和抗挤毁性能的主要因素,指出抗SSC性能主要受材料组织结构、化学成分、硬度和强度、夹杂物等因素影响;抗挤毁性能主要受管体几何尺寸和力学性能的影响。介绍了一种特殊通径抗SSC及抗挤毁套管的研制过程及主要工序控制。经检验:生产的套管夹杂物少,力学性能稳定,尺寸精度高,满足特殊通径、抗SSC及抗挤毁套管的综合性能需求。Analyzed in the article are the major factors affecting SSC resistance and collapse resistance of the casing. It is identified that the SSC resistance is mainly subjected to the influences by such factors as microstructure, chemical composition, hardness and strength, and inclusions, etc., while collapse resistance is mainly subjected to influences by geometric dimensions and mechanical properties of the pipe. Elaborated here in the essay are the R & D activities and controlling of major manufacturing process steps of a specially-drift-tested SSC resistant and collapse resistant casing. Relevant test results show that the newly-developed casing features low inclusion quantity, stable mechanical properties, and high dimensional accuracy, being satisfactory to the comprehensive performance requirements concerning special drift test, and SSC resistance and collapse resistance.
