摘 要:研究血小板冻干保存的重要目的是实现血小板的常温下长期保存,可用于静脉输注,并能将其制备成生理性止血药和促创面愈合的药物,用于战争、自然灾害、突发事件和特别偏远地区伤病员的救治。国内外研究结果表明:血小板冻干是一个特别有价值的重要研究领域,研究制备出合格的冻干血小板有极大的可能性,但目前仍有许多问题没有得到很好的解决,仍需要政府和同道们进行高度重视和深入研究,造福于伤病员的健康。To achieve the aim of long-term preservation of platelet at room temperature is one of the important purposes of the platelet freeze-drying research. In this way, freeze-dried platelets could be used for intravenous infusion. Furthermore, freeze-dried platelets could be developed as hemostatic or accelerating wound healing drugs for war, natural disasters, emer- gencies and special treatment of patients in remote areas. Both the domestic and foreign research show that the platelet freeze- drying is a particularly valuable and important research field. It is a real possibility to develop qualified lyophilized platelets. ttowever, at present there are still many problems to be resolved. It still needs government and fellow friends to pay more at- tention and carry out in-depth research for the benefit of patients.
