摘 要:目的建立新西兰白兔耳动脉出血动物模型,探讨冻干血小板(FDP)和冻干冷沉淀(FDC)在新西兰白兔耳动脉出血中的止血效果。方法新西兰白兔32只,随机分为4组:FDP组、FDC组、冻干血小板及冻干冷沉淀联合组(FDPC)及空白对照组(BC),每组8只,建立耳动脉出血模型,并将止血材料敷于新西兰白兔出血创面,观察各组的止血时间及失血量。结果对于耳动脉出血,各组均可止血,FDP组、FDC组及FDPC组的止血时间和出血量均明显少于BC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而FDP组与FDC组间止血时间及失血量差异显著(P<0.05);与单独使用FDP或FDC相比,FDPC组止血时间显著性缩短,失血量明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FDP和FDC联合使用对新西兰白兔耳动脉出血具有更显著的止血效果。Objective To study the hemostatic effect of Freeze-dried platelets (FDP) and Freeze-dried cryoprecipitate (FDC) on a artery wound by means of New Zealaad rabbit models. Methods Creating trauma artery bleeding models in 32 rabbits, the rabbits were classified into 4 groups: group using FDP (group FDP) ; group using FDC( group FDC) ; group u- sing Freeze-dried platelets and cryoprecipitate (group FDPC) and blank control group (group BC). Every group included 8 rabbits having auricular artery wound. The time and the amount of hemorrhage on the wounds were observed. Results In all the groups, hemostasis was achieved. In groups FDP, FDC and FDPC, hemostasis was obtained more rapidly and there was less blood loss than that in group BC ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; There was significant difference in the hemostatic ability between group FDP and FDC ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Compared with FDP and FDC used alone during hemostatic, there was less blood loss and bleed- ing time in synergistic actions of these ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The synergistic actions of FDP and FDC possesses a better hemostatic effect on wounds induced artery bleeding.
