摘  要:目的探讨小型血站血液检测实验室设备性能比对的方法。方法比较2台不同型号的全自动加样仪、2台同系列全自动酶免后处理系统检测性能的一致性:使用4种ELISA检测试剂,分别检测HBs Ag、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒定值质控品和20份常规献血者标本,应用χ2检验和Kappa检验,比较上述2组设备检测结果的一致性。结果1)2台全自动加样仪抗-HCV、抗-HIV定性检测加样的一致性较好。2)2台同系列全自动酶免后处理系统,4种试剂一致性均为100%(40/40),经χ2检验一致性无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论小型血站实验室可以通过对定值质控品,和常规献血者标本的检测结果进行处理分析,比对酶免检测设备之间的性能是否一致。Objective To evaluate the concordance of test results from different instruments in blood testing laboratory in a small blood bank. Methods The performance concordance of two different types of automated sampling instruments and two sets of the same series automated ELISA processing system were compared. Four kinds of ELISA reagents were used to test the quality of the control serum of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, TP and twenty routine blood samples respectively. Last- ly, test methods, χ2 and Kappa, were applied for statistical analysis on the concordance of the performance of equipments. Results 1 ) The qualitative tests of two different types of automated sampling instruments for anti-HCV and anti-HIV have demonstrated strong consistency. 2) The consistency of two sets of the same series automated ELISA processing system for four reagents was 100% (40/40), and reported no significant difference given by the χ2 test (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion By analyzing the test results of quality of the control serum and routine blood samples, blood testing laboratory in small blood bank is capable to compare the equipment performances of different automated sampling instruments and automated ELISA processing systems.
