摘　　要：目的探讨献血法颁布实施至今采供血系统在运行发展中暴露出的问题和弊端,为改进和解决这些问题提出建议与措施。方法在工作实践中发现问题,经过提炼、总结和统计,找出影响和阻碍采供血工作中的问题和症结。结果血站在采供血方面原某些运行模式、人员编制、早期的规划已不适应现今临床用血的需要。结论采供血系统存在和暴露出的问题以及弊病亟需进行改革。Objectives To discuss and research the problems and shortcomings in the operation： and development of blood collection system under the Blood Donation Law since it was promulgated, and to make recommendations for improve- ments and corresponding measures to address these challenges. Methods Problems were Identified in work practice. Through refinement, summarization and statistical analysis, the affect and the interference of the crux of the problems on blood collection work were identified. Results On the level of blood collection and supply, blood banks with the original mede of operation, staffing, legal system and early planning were no longer appropriate for clinical use. Conclusion Blood collection system exposed the existence of problems and shortcomings and expressed the urgent need for reform.
