摘　　要：本文从生鲜乳产量、乳制品进口、生鲜乳价格、奶牛养殖效益、政策等方面对2014年中国奶业生产情况进行了全面回顾,并对2015年中国奶业发展形势进行了预测分析,提出中国奶业2015年及以后时期的发展建议。A comprehensive review on China dairy industry in 2014 was conducted from the aspects of raw milk production, import of dairy products, raw milk prices, dairy farm benefits, policies, and so on. The forecast analysis was carried on China dairy industry development situation in 2015, and suggestions on China dairy industry development in 2015 and further future was proposed in this paper.
