摘  要:研究旨在探讨促卵泡素β亚基(FSHβ)基因与鸡生长和繁殖性状的关联性。以365只京海黄鸡为样本,采用PCR-SSCP技术和DNA测序技术探讨京海黄鸡FSHβ基因全部外显子的多态性。结果表明:7对引物中,P4扩增产物测序发现FSHβ基因2 049 bp处发生C→T突变和2 050 bp处发生A→T突变,形成AA、AB和BB 3种基因型;A等位基因频率为0.2917,B等位基因频率为0.7082;P6扩增产物测序发现FSHβ基因2 341 bp处发生T→C突变,呈现CC、CD和DD 3种基因型;C等位基因频率为0.8466,D等位基因频率为0.1534;关联分析发现AB型鸡12周龄体重显著高于BB型鸡(P<0.05),CC型鸡2周龄体重极显著高于CD型鸡(P<0.01)。可初步推断,FSHβ基因可能对京海黄鸡的生长性能有一定影响。The objective of this study was to explor e association with chicken growth and reproductive traits polymorphisms of all the exons of FSHβ gene in 365 J follicle stimulating hormone 13 subunit (FSHβ) gene and its Using PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing technology to explore inghai Yellow chicken . The results showed that sequencing the PCR products of P4 revealed two mutation (A2 049T, C2 040T) of FSHβ gene in the genotype AA in comparison to the genotype BB, three genotypes were detected(AA, AB and BB)in Jinghai Yellow chicken. The frequencies of A and B alleles were 0.2917 and 0.7082. Sequencing the amplified products of P6 revealed one mutation (T2 341C) of FSHβ8 gene in the genotype CC in comparison to the genotype DD, three genotypes were detected (CC, CD and DD). The frequencies of A and B alleles were 0.8466 and 0.1534. For the growth and reproductive traits, individuals with AB genotype had higher body weight at 12 weeks than that with BB genotype (P〈0.05), individuals with CC genotype had higher body weight at 2 weeks than that with CD genotype (P〈0.01). It could be inferred, FSHβ gene may have some effects on growth performance in Jinghai Yellow chicken.
